I’ve always seen myself as a people-person that strives to build relationships with those around me. My Real Estate career started back in 2005 when I first got my real estate license and joined a large national brokerage. I learned through my early experiences that I needed a more personable, less corporate setting to really connect with the clients I was working with and decided to join a much smaller local company.. From there I learned what it means to be professional, courteous, trustworthy and diligent in my efforts to build lasting relationships with my clients while helping them achieve THEIR real estate goals! Most of my business since then has come from the direct referrals of my previous clients, which I take as both a blessing and a compliment. The reason I enjoy my profession so much is I have the rare chance to help someone with a monumental goal… whether it be purchasing their first home, upgrading/downsizing to a new home as their needs change, selling their existing property, or even looking to find solid investment properties; the shared experience for my clients and myself is what I treasure the most. It is seeing them succeed and thrive and knowing that I did my part to help them make educated decisions, then execute the plan that we created to achieve their goals!

Jennifer Woomer

At the age of 19, Woomer sold her first home! It was in the 80’s, double digit interest rates. Real estate was a tough field to be in then. Woomer returned back to college and earned her BA in Communication with emphasis in advertising & PR from CSU.

During her career in advertising, Woomer held various positions, helped launch several award-winning publications, and most importantly always increased sales volume in all her sales & marketing positions. Woomer decided it was time to use her entrepreneurial skills and return to her original avocation of real estate. She has been a successful, full-time agent the past eight years focusing on residential & commercial real estate in Northeast Ohio. She works with buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether listing a high-end Beachwood home, selling apartment buildings, working with a first-time buyer, or an investor buying multiple homes, Woomer is ready to help!

John joins VSD Realty with a family legacy in real estate. Dating back to his earliest childhood memories, John's family owned a successful real estate brokerage and his father was owner of one of NJ's largest appraisal firms. John's mother, Grace, is Executive VP at one of the nation's largest mortgage companies. In fact, John's family has numerous real estate entrpreanurs and professionals including owning a successful commercial appraisal business and mortgage underwriting.

John brings his family legacy and sales & marketing experience to VSD Realty. John's excited to bring his experience and personal attention to detail to every customer and transaction.

John with his wife Julie keep busy raising their daughter Emily and son JAC. When not connecting buyers and sellers John can be found volunteering at his church or his kids sports teams.

Harrison Deknight

A New Jersey native who began his real estate foray as an in-state New Jersey investor and out-of-state Ohio investor, Harrison now resides in Cleveland where he spends his time growing his real estate portfolio and helping others achieve their real estate goals. Harrison holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Washington and Lee University which he leverages to analyze deals and overall market trends to make calculated real estate decisions. Monique Mackey

Monique is a native of Cleveland who enjoys dancing, traveling, and creating memories with family and friends.
